1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wgoto.com and any purchase from World Q Corporation ("WQ", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, Shipping & Returns policy and Supplement Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3. Products and information

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always read the label and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. We work to keep product information accurate; if there is a discrepancy, the physical product label governs.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All orders are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or obvious pricing or description errors — and will refund any amount already taken. Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and may change at any time before acceptance. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases renew automatically at the frequency you select until cancelled. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account; to avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Full terms are in the Subscription Policy.

6. Shipping, risk and returns

Delivery regions, timelines, and our return process are set out in Shipping & Returns. Risk in products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with operation, no large-scale scraping, and no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend access for abuse.

8. Reviews and submitted content

Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful and based on your own experience. By submitting, you grant World Q Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content in connection with the store. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading (including undisclosed compensated endorsements) or makes disease claims.

9. Intellectual property

All site content — the WQ name and mark, logos, text, images, code and design — is owned by or licensed to World Q Corporation. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission. See Press & Media for media use.

10. Third-party services

The site may link to or embed third-party services (payment, shipping tracking, apps). Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party content.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify World Q Corporation against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

14. Governing law
