1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how World Q Corporation ("WQ", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit wgoto.com, make a purchase, subscribe, or contact us. By using the site you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, account credentials, order history, subscription preferences, and the content of messages you send us (support requests, reviews, survey responses).

Payment information

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We never receive or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links and interaction data, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

To fulfill and deliver orders; manage subscriptions and renewals; provide customer support; prevent fraud and secure the site; comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection); improve our products and site; and — with your consent where required — send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.

We analyze purchase and feedback data only in aggregated or de-identified form to improve products. We do not use your data to build individual health profiles.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (orders, subscriptions), to meet legal obligations, for legitimate interests (site security, service improvement) balanced against your rights, and on the basis of consent for marketing.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising without offering you an opt-out. We collect only what operations require (data minimization).

6. Sharing and service providers

We share information with providers who operate the store on our behalf: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, fulfillment and shipping carriers, email and customer-support platforms, and analytics services. Each receives only what its function requires and may not use it for other purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies power the cart, checkout and login. Analytics and, where permitted, advertising-measurement cookies help us understand site performance. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings and any cookie preference tools shown on the site.

8. Retention

Order and transaction records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active. Support correspondence is kept for up to [24 months] after resolution. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. After the applicable period, data is deleted or de-identified.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Your rights

Depending on your region — including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email info@wgoto.com; we will verify your identity and respond within the legally required timeframe. You can unsubscribe from marketing via the link in any email.

11. Security

Access to personal data is restricted to personnel who need it, protected by technical and organizational safeguards, and logged. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.

12. AI features & assessment data

Our site offers AI-assisted features: the Clarity Engine assessment and the Ask Clarity chat. When you use them we process the answers and messages you choose to share in order to generate recommendations and reports. Product selection is performed by deterministic, auditable rules; large-language-model services (processed on our behalf by Anthropic and Cloudflare) are used to phrase narratives and understand free-text input.

We log assessment completions and advisor conversations in anonymized form — no name, email or account identifier — to improve question wording, our ingredient library and the shopping experience. If you are signed in, a summary wellness profile (goal scores, stated preferences and recommendation history) is stored with your customer account so your results follow you across devices; guest answers otherwise remain on your own device.

These features provide general ingredient education only and are not medical advice. You may request deletion of your stored profile or conversation records at any time via info@wgoto.com; deleting your customer account also deletes the stored profile. We do not sell this information.

13. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
