WQ product safety
Supplement & Health Disclaimer
1. FDA statement
Statements on this website regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. WQ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
2. Not medical advice
All content on this site — product descriptions, articles, ingredient guides, FAQs and customer reviews — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. This website does not provide emergency services; for urgent medical needs contact local emergency services immediately.
3. Before you use our products
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, managing a medical condition, or planning a medical procedure. Dietary supplements can interact with medications and with each other. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction. Keep all supplements out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended serving listed on the label.
4. Individual results
Dietary supplements support normal body functions, and individual responses vary with diet, lifestyle, health status and genetics. Customer reviews reflect personal experiences and are not a promise of results. We do not compensate reviewers for positive opinions, and reviews containing disease claims are not published.
5. Label accuracy
We keep website information consistent with product labels, and every WQ label discloses the exact amount of each active ingredient per serving. In case of any difference between this site and the physical label, the label governs. Always read the label before use.
6. Verification
Every WQ production lot is tested by an independent laboratory, and the Certificate of Analysis is published on our COA Lookup page, searchable by the lot number on your bottle. Testing methodology is described in our Testing Policy. A COA is evidence of quality and consistency for that batch — it is not a health claim.
7. Reporting adverse events
If you believe you have experienced an adverse reaction to a WQ product: stop using it and consult a healthcare professional; then report it to info@wgoto.com (or call toll-free (833) 9-WORLDQ) with the product name and the lot number from your bottle. Reports are tracked at batch level and reviewed by our quality owner. Serious adverse events are handled in accordance with applicable reporting requirements.
