World Q for Business

Request a sample.

A sample is only useful if it represents a real production lot and arrives with the paperwork to prove it. Every sample we send is single-lot, sealed, and shipped with the same document set your QA team will receive on a commercial order.

What ships with it

A sample without its paperwork is a colour and a smell. These arrive with every one, referencing the lot in the box — not a specimen document from a previous run.

  • Certificate of AnalysisFor the lot in your box. Not a specimen from a previous run.
  • Finished specification sheetThe spec the lot was released against, with the method named for each assay.
  • Identity statementLatin binomial where the material is botanical, and the identity method used to confirm it.
  • Origin and processing recordRegion, harvest or production date, and how it was dried, extracted or processed.
  • Allergen and facility statementWhat the material contains and what else is handled on the same line.
  • Certifications, as PDFsCurrent and in date. A certificate you cannot open is not a certificate.

How much to ask for

Decided by what you will do with it, not by what is generous. Asking for more than the evaluation needs slows the request down; asking for less means repeating it.

1–5 g Identity check Enough to confirm the material is what the label says. Not enough to judge anything else.
50–200 g Sensory and formulation feel Colour, odour, solubility, flow, how it behaves in your blend.
500 g – 2 kg Third-party verification Sufficient for an outside lab to run its own panel and retain a reference portion.
5–10 kg Production trial A short run on your own equipment. Usually the last step before a first commercial order.

These are the quantities buyers typically evaluate at. What we can send, and on what terms: [to be confirmed].

How it runs

Four stages, and the last one is the point: nothing becomes a commercial commitment until an approved specification exists in writing.

  1. 01 You specifyMaterial, quantity, and what you intend to test. A vague request produces a sample that cannot be compared to anything, including our own next lot.
  2. 02 We ship single-lotOne lot, sealed, tracked, with the document set. We keep a reference portion of the same lot so any later question is answered against the material you actually held.
  3. 03 You evaluateIdentity, sensory, analytical and regulatory reviews can run in parallel. We answer questions against the lot record, not from memory.
  4. 04 We agree the specification in writingThe approved spec is what commercial lots are then held to. Until it exists, nothing either side said is a commitment.

Send a specified request

The single thing that makes a sample comparable to anything else on your bench is a request that says exactly what it wants. Fill this in and send it — one tap puts it in the message box below.

What we won't send

Each of these exists because the alternative would flatter us and mislead you.

  • No blended or composite samplesAveraging several lots would hide exactly the variation you are sampling to measure.
  • No generic certificatesA COA that does not name the lot in your box tells you about a different material.
  • No sample without a stated purposeNot gatekeeping — a request that says what it will be tested for is the one we can size and document correctly.
  • No claims supportWe send data and let your regulatory team draw its own conclusions. We do not supply marketing claims, and we do not promise what a product will do for your customers.

Samples are supplied for evaluation and qualification only, not for resale or consumer use. Nothing on this page is an offer of supply or a guarantee of availability; terms are set in writing per request. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
